Of course, MindGeek hasn't stopped with just uploading a porn search engine and left it as is. Just like Google, they've constantly improved this website's features. Thanks to these, and other features, Porn MD has a global Alexa ranking of 1,534, making it one of the top websites in the world.

What Does This Site Look Like?

As I said, Porn MD does make its money off of advertising. However, this doesn't ruin the sites layout and user experience. In fact, unlike a lot of other tube sites, when you use Porn MD, you don't have to put up with distracting flashy banners, being taken to an offsite page when opening a new tab, or pop up ads.

Moving on, the overall design of Porn MD is absolutely gorgeous. In fact, I consider it to be one of the best laid out porn aggregate, tube, or search engine on the world wide web.

I think this is a nod to popular mainstream websites like Bing and Google's less is more interface, Porn MD's homepage is stark white filled with empty space and a fun icon in the center with a search bar. To get content, you want you should select between the three general search terms straight, gay, and trans. Once you select the gay option and enter a term like ‘men' you'll be taken to an equally simplistic but complete page with search refining options and a series of thumbnails of what you are looking for. Granted there is more to the search results page and while I'll get to that later, but I just want to emphasize how slick and clean Porn MD looks especially compared to other sites. In a way, I think it's kind of fitting having such a clean site which hosts thumbnails and links to the filthiest vids on the net.
