If you take a look under the titles, you’ll see the name of the studio that made the video. Maybe you get to see a scene made by a studio that hasn’t been promoted here before, but we don’t know if that’s going to happen or not.

Since they aren’t very serious about making this list bigger, I’d say that you’ll quickly go over everything available at the moment and will have to wait a while for a new scene. It looks like they’re adding 1 new scene per month at the moment, but the schedule hasn’t always been consistent, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they slow down at one point.
