I don't know why, but I was never a big fan of photo galleries. No matter how many pictures you get in an album, you can't see more stuff than you can in a video. Even though these pictures can look quite alright, don't just expect to find many in albums on Xhamster.com! They might have made it look like they have a lot of albums, but the truth is that many of those said albums have under ten pictures.

It's weird going to the photo section of a site you've used for years to watch porn videos. I can't remember how many times I've used Xhamster to make myself happy, but I never even thought about checking out some photos they've had. Honestly, this is my first time looking at images on this site, so I'm not really sure what to expect. I probably won't be very impressed if photos are like on most porn sites that focus on videos.

Since there's no counter to photo albums, I had to count on myself. There are little under 20k photo galleries and even more photos. That's not too bad, but this is not so much compared to the video collection. When a site has over a million videos, a collection of a couple of thousand images is tiny. Nevertheless, I'm not here to talk about their fantastic video collection, so let's jump into these photos and see if they're worth the time or not.

More than just gay photos

The first photo album I actually saw was bisexual. Some chick was sucking two dicks before one of the guys started fucking her while sucking the other guy's cock. I realized all this from 12 images, but it would be nice if there were a lot more photos. I've seen places with albums with hundreds of pictures, so compared to that; it seems like many pictures are missing. It might be because these pics are free, but I'm not sure about that.

Even though there are bisexual albums, they don't have a category for them. That seems strange because almost every site has this category, especially if the site is as popular as this one! I'll look at these galleries as bonuses and move on to gay galleries, finally!

I wish I knew how these galleries were sorted. My guess would be by date, but I would like to rearrange them by rating. It's nice to see that they keep adding something new every day, but wouldn't you instead look at some pictures that a lot of people enjoy looking at? I'm sure you do, but I'm not sure if you're going to like the result. After sorting the albums by rating or views, I realized something that fucked things up. The best photos don't have as many views as I expected, and the ones that are apparently the best look like crap, at least to me!

A lot of these albums feature solo guys who love doing freaky stuff. Some of them are crossdressers and look so comfortable wearing sexy lingerie while jerking off, but others do a lot more than that. Even though it seems like most of these galleries feature solo guys doing all kinds of things, you'll find plenty of albums where two or more guys fuck each other's brains out. I'm pretty sure most people come to sites like this one to see some action, so I'd recommend looking up something that includes more than a little striptease.

The resolution of pictures is acceptable, I guess

Like on any other site, you will find stuff that looks good and that looks bad. From past experience, I can tell that amateur scenes usually look like crap or not as good as the scenes made by pornstars. You'll have a chance to watch some guys have wild sex in HD, but you'll also come across some solo scenes where some Indian dude shows his dick in SD. I wish there was a way of filtering out SD stuff, but I don't know how. Usually, they put filters that let you pick the resolution, but I guess that doesn't apply to photos.

Even though I'm not a big fan of downloading porn, it's nice to know that you can get these photos. They are not available in ZIP files, but you can download them individually. That's still something, but who has so much time to download a shit ton of photos one by one? I'd give up after a few images for sure, but you might have more patience than I do!

After using sorting options, I realized that you stop looking at albums and start looking at photos individually. I'm not sure why they decided to make it like that, but it's definitely not the best decision. Some of these pictures actually make no sense to me. Why is a close-up photo of multiple dicks in the top ten? I'm not a dick expert, but those dicks definitely don't look like the best ones. I'm not going to go into detail too much on this because what's there to discuss? A picture where you see parts of many dicks is what 21k people viewed.

Other top-rated pictures also cut the image short. There are some selfies where the guy's face is missing or a close-up photo of his ass. I expected the best pictures to be the ones where guys fuck, or suck dick, but definitely not this. Nevertheless, we all have different tastes, so I won't judge anyone because of this.

There are also GIFs!

I completely forgot to mention that you can find more than photos here. I'm not sure if this is the right place for GIFs, but they are here among the pictures. Honestly, some of these GIFs look so much better than images because you can see something happening. For example, there's a GIF of a guy dangling his dick while walking or two guys rubbing their dicks together. It's nothing special, but at least something is happening. If I had to choose, I would rather spend more time on those GIFs than on pictures where some dude takes an image of his balls and feet.

If I'm not wrong, I'm sure that this part of the site also includes some trans people. I've seen pictures with someone who clearly looks like a woman, but you can't see their genitals, so I don't know if that's a tranny, or someone fucked up and uploaded a solo girl in the gay category. Either way, you can find all kinds of stuff besides solo guys showing off their curves. You just need to have plenty of free time, and you'll find anything that makes you drool all over your keyboard.

Like I've said, I wasn't really impressed by the size of their collection, but they are trying their best to make it bigger. It looks like they add a couple of dozen albums every day, so if they keep up the excellent work, they will make the collection bigger, but it will never be as big as their video collection. I just wish they improve the quality of some scenes in the future because people will get tired of watching the same old shit. There needs to be a lot more than guys getting naked and jerking off!

Decent-sized collection that's kind of dull

Xhamster was always one of the most famous and best porn sites, but only when it came to videos. Their photo collection isn't as big as you'd like it to be, and the scenes are kind of dull. You'll see a lot of solo guys posing, showing their dicks and butts, but that's about it. Sure, there are some albums where you see a guy sucking a dick and getting his ass fucked, but most of the photos feature some naked dude posing for the camera!

They have under 20k photo albums at the moment, but they keep adding more than 20 new albums daily. That might sound really impressive initially, but some of those albums have just a couple of photos in them. I don't know how much pleasure you will find in an album with a couple of photos showing the same thing. However, feel free to scroll through the collection and see if there's something you like.

After looking at the most viewed images, I figured out that people aren't into photos as much on this site. The most viewed picture had around 100k videos, and the second one had no more than 40k. I'm used to seeing a million views on some scenes, so this is basically nothing. One of the reasons for not having so many previews is that many people have no idea they can look at gay photo galleries, but I'm pretty sure that's not the main reason. The main reason is that these pictures don't even come close to gay videos!
