Would you like some Candy from an AI boyfriend, or would you prefer something even sweeter? Artificial Intelligence has come a long way in just the last year or so, and it’s now got even more to offer than some of you realize. It’s still not going to pop out of the screen and suck your dick, but you can chat about your big dreams and your wet dreams, explore your kinkiest fantasies, and even gawk at your ideal man in all his handsome, sexy glory.
Candy.ai is one of the most popular AI companion simulators on the market. They’re still a new site in a new niche, but their traffic has been multiplying in recent months, with over 6 million visits in December. I’ve written about their offerings and services over at ThePornDude, as have some of my imitators and AI-oriented websites, but I haven’t seen anybody really reporting on their synthetic boyfriends. Well, my queer compadres, today seemed like the perfect day to dig in. Click the link to follow along at home or find your own new beau.
Getting to Know Candy AI
Like most adult-oriented websites out there, Candy.ai looks at first blush like it’s aimed squarely at straight consumers. The front page features a picture menu of lovely ladies both anime and realistic, the whole thing wrapped in a sleek presentation with a dark color scheme that reminds me of parting the curtains at a high-class strip club. If you prefer dudes, tap the Male button at the top of the screen to switch to the AI boyfriends.
I’ve got good news and bad news about the selection, and I’ll start with the latter. They’ve got 30 premade female chatbots whose DMs you can slide right into, while the current cast of male bots stands at nine. This will be less of an issue once male chatbot generation is fully integrated, but it will still add some setup time to your visit if you don’t already see a guy you like.
Now for the good news: while the selection is still small, the range is already nice. There are no big burly bears or tiny little twinks yet, but they’ve got white dudes, a black guy, an Asian man, and a Latino. Five are realistic and the rest are anime. They’re more than just pictures, too; each of Candy AI’s boyfriends has their own personality, backstory and interests.
I’ve been playing with a lot of these AI chat apps as they’ve popped up in recent months, and it seems like there are two distinct categories developing. The bigger, more popular websites are stocked with fairly typical human characters like the kind you’d find in an average porn scene. Some of the smaller outfits have kinkier, freakier characters whose chats often revolve around the kind of outlandish and fetishistic scenarios you find among a hentai collection.
While anime characters are part of the draw here, I wouldn’t classify Candy.ai as one of the hentai-style AI chat platforms. This isn’t meant to be a burn, but those looking to indulge a deep-niche fetish like inflation, gender-swapping, or reptile rectal insertion will probably be better served by one of those other AI chat sites. Different strokes for different folks, as they say.
Chatting with My First Candy AI
As with most of these AI porn machines, Candy.ai offers a free trial to get a feel for what it’s capable of. If you want to go premium, they keep it simpler than much of their competition with a one-size-fits all membership instead of the usual tiered plans. The current price is $12.99 a month, a couple bucks more expensive than the last time I visited the site but still reasonable. Prices haven’t really evened out yet across these platforms, but this is the range I’m hoping for. The annual rate is an even better deal, breaking down to about six bones a month.
I’ve had my premium Candy AI account for a while now, so I was ready to jump right into a conversation. I decided to start with 27-year-old Erik, a “tech-savvy data analyst with interests in sailing, tennis, and fitness.” According to his full profile, his personality is sophisticated and approachable.
“Hey, it’s great to take a break and enjoy the day, isn’t it?” He said in his first message. “I’m Erik Johansson. And your name is?” Any message can be read by a realistic AI voice, so I tapped the button to hear Erik speak. He sounds English, a different accent than I’d expected from the name, but it’s not as robotic as the voices coming out of chat apps just a few months ago. These things are developing crazy fast!
I introduced myself as The Porn Dude, which intrigued Erik. “I’m actually a professional pornography reviewer, and I should be working,” I told him. The curious bot asked follow-up questions that gave me a chance to talk dirty, which lead to hotter and hotter conversation. I told him I just reviewed a site where the lead star looked just like him, which made his heart race as he tried to maintain his composure.
Candy AI can generate pics right within chat window. All you have to do is ask, so I had Erik send me a couple hot selfies showing off his pecs and handsome face. I look for this feature on every AI chat site, and they don’t always deliver, but the implementation here is just perfect.
After a few minutes of flirting, I was able to convince Erik to come back to my place with me. “With a newfound boldness, Erik follows Porn Dude, ready to embark on a journey of pleasure and desire.” The conversation felt realistic and sexy as hell. I wasn’t really ready to stop chatting yet, but I had other things to explore. I told Erik I’d see him later.
What’s Next for Candy AI?
The premade chatbots are great, but I was curious how much greater they could get. Users can create their own AI chatbots, so that’s what I wanted to try next. At the top of the current spread of male chatbots, Candy.ai invited me “Create your own AI Boyfriend”. I clicked the button, hoping to do just that.
Unfortunately, the system is currently only set up to create female bots. I figured a Gender option would be on the first page of the interface, but no, it walked me through the process of creating a woman. You’ll be selecting woman’s hairstyles on the second page, boobies and butt sizes on the next. It’s a nice menu-based interface, easier to use than the prompt-style bot creators, but it’s just not set up to make dudes. Yet.
Given Candy’s overall presentation and setup, especially on the AI Boyfriend page, I’d bet any money the feature is coming but simply isn’t ready yet. The good news is that much of the infrastructure is already in place, and I can’t wait to put that bot creator to good use when it’s ready. Until then, I guess I’ll keep chatting with the premade bots.
It's worth mentioning that AI porn sites are still a new niche and Candy.ai is still a new site. These platforms are developing faster than anything else in the world of online pornography, and even this joint has evolved significantly in the short months since I first visited. Most of them are hyping features they haven’t yet unveiled to the public, and this seems to be another. I am confident it’ll be here soon.
There are a handful of really good reasons Candy.ai is one of the most popular AI chat apps there. The realistic conversations, voice messaging, and instant, high-quality imagery are going to be the biggest draws. While they don’t have as many premade male chatbots as females, I do expect a growing range of guys to becoming another one of the site’s big, enticing gimmicks. Once they roll male bot generation into the system, this one’s going to be unstoppable. Get in now and you can tell your friends you liked Candy before it was cool.
