Some porn categories are pretty vague when it comes to the type of content they actually offer, yet they still end up being ridiculously popular because humanity is a horny bunch. Which category am I talking about? Hardcore. When you hear the word *hardcore*, you probably expect to see some absolutely unhinged shit.
Double penetration, gangbangs, guys tied the fuck up, heavy BDSM, and all sorts of over-the-top scenes. That's what the name makes you think, right? Well, not exactly. The hardcore category can include all of that, but it can also be something as simple as two guys passionately fucking in a living room. That's because "hardcore" is often used as a broad label for explicit sex rather than one specific fetish.
In other words, you never really know what the fuck is going to show up next, and that's why it has never been one of my favorite categories. One thing it does guarantee, though, is that you're getting plenty of fucking. If all you're looking for is hardcore gay action without caring too much about the exact scenario, then this category will keep you entertained for quite a while.
Of course, every website organizes its categories a little differently. So, if you'd like to know more about AEBN's collection of hardcore gay content, stick the fuck around. Or you can just visit the website yourself if you're not a lazy motherfucker.
Not every hardcore scene is actually hardcore
If you haven't realized it so far, or if this is your first time reading one of my reviews, first of all, you're about to witness greatness. Second of all, one thing you should know about me is that I hate vague niches. I like categories that tell me exactly what the fuck I can expect to see, such as blowjobs, threesomes, gangbangs, creampies, and so on. I don't like niches where basically anything goes, and that's exactly how I'd describe the hardcore category.
As the name suggests, the hardcore category does offer hardcore porn because, apparently, any guy who can take a huge dick up the ass qualifies as hardcore. Personally, I wouldn't categorize it like that, but them's the rules, right? AEBN has over 5,500 scenes and more than 1,000 movies dedicated to hardcore content.
As I said, it can include anything from two guys simply fucking in a locker room to three guys tying up a handsome punk and having their way with him. One of the first movies I checked out was called *Banging Oliver's Holes*, and it was exactly what the title promised. A cute twink getting all his holes used in all sorts of ways.
Of course, he loved every second of it. I was actually surprised because it was technically listed as a movie, yet it only lasted about 19 minutes. Most movies on AEBN are well over an hour long. Hell, I even found one that lasted almost six hours.
The very next scene was called *Shoot It In Me*. It featured guys passionately sucking each other off before moving to the bed to fuck. There wasn't really anything I'd personally describe as hardcore about it, which is exactly where my issue with this category comes from. At least every scene I watched included fucking, which I guess is the whole point.
On the other hand, I also came across a few videos that I would genuinely call hardcore. One of them was Fist Pigs, and yes, it was exactly what it sounds like: guys fisting each other's assholes. Now that is what I'd classify as hardcore. Another video featured a guy completely tied up and blindfolded while being used in all sorts of ways for someone else's pleasure. There was whipping, plenty of restraints, and a lot of rough play.
The length of both the movies and the scenes varies quite a bit. Most of the newer titles are available in HD, but you'll still come across older movies that top out at 480p. I have to point that out because AEBN is a premium website, and when people hear the word *premium*, they usually expect everything to be in perfect Ultra HD quality.
There are several ways to pay for premium content
I know people's first question is usually, "What the fuck is this niche?" The second one is always, "How much do I have to pay?" Since I've already mentioned that AEBN is a premium website, you probably know by now that you'll have to spend some money. The only question is how.
Well, that depends on which payment system you choose. The first option is paying per minute. You can purchase different minute packages and spend those minutes on movies or scenes across the website. The cheapest package gives you 15 minutes for $3.95, while the biggest one gives you 1,000 minutes for $84.95. The most popular package seems to be the 500-minute option for $49.95.
Personally, I hate the minute system because those minutes disappear way too fucking fast. If you're anything like me and enjoy rewatching scenes or skipping through movies to find your favorite part, you'll burn through them in no time.
The second option is XPass. At first glance, it sounds like it unlocks the entire website, but it doesn't. Instead, it gives you unlimited streaming of more than 5,000 movies and over 20,000 scenes, along with weekly content updates, 30 free video minutes every month, a 5% discount on purchases, and a few other perks. For $14.99 a month, it's honestly a pretty solid deal, even if it doesn't include AEBN's entire library.
My favorite option, though, is simply buying whatever the fuck I actually want to watch. Every movie can be rented for 48 hours, streamed online, or purchased and downloaded. The prices vary, but most movies I looked at were around $20, give or take. When you open a movie, you'll also see a list of every scene taken from it, and you can purchase those individually if you don't want the full movie.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference. I prefer buying movies because then I know I can come back to them whenever I want. XPass is great if the movie you want happens to be included, while the minute system is something I'd avoid unless you enjoy watching your balance disappear faster than your clothes.
Advanced search options and loads of other niches
One of my favorite things about AEBN is its search system. For example, when you search for hardcore, you'll get a list of all the hardcore movies and scenes. However, on the left side, you'll also find all the other categories on the website, which you can include or exclude from your search.
That means you can mix and match categories however the fuck you want until you find exactly what you're looking for. On top of that, you can browse by specific pornstars, series, studios, directors, and plenty of other filters. These are the kinds of advanced search features that are actually worth mentioning because they make browsing such a massive library a lot easier.
And trust me, AEBN is massive. The website has more than 190,000 scenes and over 52,000 movies, so you're not going to run out of new content anytime soon. That's exactly why I think AEBN is worth both your time and your money. To be fair, if I didn't think that, I highly doubt I'd still be sitting here talking about it.
All kinds of hardcore videos and plenty of other niches
So what's the verdict? I still think the hardcore category is one of the most confusing fucking labels on the internet. Half the time it lives up to the name, and the other half it's just two dudes having perfectly ordinary sex while somebody in the background apparently decided, "Yeah, that's hardcore enough."
It's all over the place. Sometimes you'll stumble across something that's genuinely wild, and other times you'll be left wondering why the fuck it was put in this category to begin with. As for AEBN itself, at least the website makes it easy to sort through the chaos. With a library this massive, you're bound to find something that matches your taste, even if you have to dig through a bunch of random bullshit first.
Me? I'd still rather browse categories that actually tell me what the fuck I'm about to watch instead of throwing everything under one giant label. But if you enjoy surprises, or just don't care what kind of scene pops up next as long as it's explicit, you'll probably have a better time with this category than I did. Personally, I'll take a niche that actually says what it is over "hardcore" any fucking day of the week.
